I am trying to gain lean mass at the moment and I think it’s much more painstaking than losing weight.
Lean in 15 – 90 day plan – anybody on it?
Apply the ‘what goes in must come out in the next half an hour’ rule and you’ll shed the weight in no time. The main problem is that it is a big departure from my current eating habbits. Lean in 15 – 90 day plan – anybody on it? Going below calories is dangerous even for small person as your body needs at idaev that to purely function at rest.
Be willing for tests with all germane online functions. As other people have recommended I’d start off with a couple of books that explain the whys and hows along with siet.

It wasn’t easy and keeping the weight off is harder still. Has anyone tried Joel Fuhrman? There are certain similarities to the Atkins Diet, which does not have the pulses, legumes etc. You need carbs for energy which also aids your body’s ability to process and absorb protein.
Last edited by bonzo; 1st May at I’ve still got about a stone to go, but I’m currently I did 6 months without carbs on H Even then the Doc said I should lose about 5 kilos- sometimes I think they just make it up! Veg are mostly carbs. Also unless you are obese, then I understand that dropping all fat intake will dramatically lower your body’sability to produce rather important hormones, such as testosterone diiet thyroid. Of course, heavier you are more you can cut out which will accelerate the loss initially until you start getting viet to your healthy goal.
Doesn’t do it for me.
Don’t obsess just workout to your ability and eat 3 proper meals a day.
